How much milk do you need?

I ask for about one ounce of milk. The absolute minimum I can take is about 2mL. How do you know how much 2mL is? If you have a medicine syringe at home that comes in a baby tylenol box or a motrin box you can use that to measure. You can also use a regular kitchen spoon and put two spoons in a milk bag.

How do I package my milk?

If you are local to me in the Central Texas area, you can simply give it to me in a designated milk bag that you would usually put your milk in. If you need to mail me your milk, put milk in a designated breastmilk bag, then place in a ziploc bag and send in a padded mailer. It is up to you if you would like to ship expedited or ground advantage. You are responsible for all shipping costs. *Nurture and Adorn is not responsible if your milk is lost in the mail

How long does the process take?

It takes about 5-6 weeks for your ring to be completed. I only keep a limited supply of rings in stock, some settings will need to be ordered according to what style and size you would like. Once the setting arrives I will handmake your breastmilk stone, depending on how many orders are being worked on at the time can dictate how quickly your special keepsake can be completed.

What is the refund process?

All sales are FINAL. Due to the unique nature of these keepsakes there are no refunds, please make sure that you double check all details are exactly as you want them. What if you have not put the breastmilk setting in, can I exchange or change the setting?

If I have not created the breastmilk setting yet, you can exchange the setting. However there will be a $20 restocking fee. If the restocking fee is not paid within 3 days, your order will be completed in the original setting that was paid for.
